Product Usage Agreement

Before purchasing or using this digital master resell rights product, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By purchasing or using this product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Product License

Upon purchasing this digital master resell rights product, you will be granted a non-exclusive license to resell the product to others with master resell rights. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profits.

Limitations

Please note that although you may brand the sales process as your own and claim ownership over the product and sales process, modifications or alterations to the product are strictly prohibited.

Warranty

This product is provided "as is" and without any warranties or guarantees. The seller does not make any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong solely to the seller.

Termination

This agreement will remain in effect unless or until terminated. The digital product is for the purchaser's forever possession and resale as long as the purchaser remains compliant with the distribution rights. However, breaking the distribution rights agreement will result in restricted digital product access.

Refunds

Please note that all sales of this product are final and no refunds will be granted for any reason due to the presence of downloadable content.

Liability

The seller is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
